Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule:
i. Less than 48hrs before the scheduled date of Hire -- No refund
ii. More than 48hrs before the scheduled date of Hire -- 25%-50% refund depending on bike.
If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason then, we provide 100% refund of the rentals received. If a confirmed Item/bike is unavailable post confirmation of the order, We will inform you of such unavailability, however there would be times when such an information would not be possible due to fact its beyond our control.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or a message or any other proof of successful booking.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once after you apply for a refund it takes minimum of 7-10 working days time to process & the refund will be credited

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Customercare@moveonwheels.in

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will offer you the exchange of the bike only if you have the legitimate reasons to do that.

Shipping

Note: As we give the bikes on rent. We dont ship any product infact customer needs to pick it up and the refund policy will be applicable only before picking up the bike or customer dint pick bike even after his alloted time period.
